Home Use Application
Impact2 Fitness Systems provides a LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY on this complete product for the life of the original purchaser, when used in non-commercial home use. Impact2 Fitness Systems warrants that this product is free from any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. This includes frames, cables, pulley’s, upholstery, adjustment pins, etc. The warranty applies to products distributed in the continental United States by Impact2 Fitness Systems, under the Impact2 Fitness Systems brand name, when purchased from an authorized Impact2 Fitness Systems dealer.
This LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY does NOT cover any shipping, freight charges, or other expenses included in the supplying of parts during the warranty period. The warranty is valid only if this product is properly assembled and properly installed according to the directions provided with this product. This warranty excludes loss, accident, shipping damage, unauthorized repair, abuse or improper use of the product.
This warranty is in lieu of any other express or implied warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights that may vary from state to state or country to country.
Commercial Application
Impact2 Fitness System provides a lifetime limited warranty on the framework, and a one (1) year limited warranty on cables, pins, and pulleys in a commercial application. There is a 6 month warranty on all upholstery.
Warranty Claims
To make a claim under this warranty, we must have the warranty registration card on file. Please contact the manufacturer directly for further instructions on how to order parts or return product. No returned products will be accepted for credit until a Return Authorization Number (RA) has been assigned.
