US Shipping Rates

The shipping rates posted for our products reflect the cost of shipping that item within the 48 contiguous United States.  For shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, or the U.S. territories, please contact our Sales staff.  Our free shipping offers do not apply to customers outside the continental United States.

In some instances expedited shipping options such as 2-day Air or Next Day Air will be offered for an additional charge.  If your desired shipping method is not posted online, please contact our Sales staff for rates and availability.

For shipping rates outside the United States, please contact our corporate office.

For our health club, community centers, schools and YMCA customers with large orders, we will offer special discounted rates or even better container rates on a direct basis.

Delivery Times

The delivery date of your order will vary by product and shiping method.  Delivery of most products in our inventory within the continental United States will occur within 7 business days of the shipment date.  Unless guaranteed by the carrier, the transit time for your order is an estimate only.  For special orders, or high volume orders the lead times may run between 60-75 days from receipt of order.

Trucking Deliveries:

Trucking deliveries will be curbside only.  Arrangements must be made by the customer to have someone present to receive and unload the equipment.  All additional shipping services requested after order processing will be the responsibility of the customer.  Additional charges may apply to all deliveries, even if "Shipping Included" is stated due to unusual road/driveway circumstances or other situations that restrict or delay delivery.

Our basic service includes delivery to the curbside or first floor entrance of your home.  The customer will be contacted by the truck line 24 hours in advance to schedule a delivery appointment.  An adult must be present to sign for delivery of these shipments.  Please note that in some instances the customer will be required to remove the shipment from the vehicle.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE

Before accepting any trucking, UPS, FedEx, or DHL shipments all items should be counted and thoroughly examined for signs of damage or potential damage.  If any damage or potential damage is found and delivery is accepted, it must be noted on the carrier release form and reported to the customer service department at IFS2 at 800-719-7155 within 24 hours.  Failure to do so may result in the damge claim or return claim being denied.

Tracking your Order

You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of the shipment of your order.  When available a tracking number and instructions on tracking your shipment will be included.
