RETURN POLICY

Impact Fitness Systems allocates a lot of resources to the development of quality control standards that exceed most manufacturing levels. However, if a product that was purchased needs to be returned, it must be either 1) new-still in the box or 2) like new condition also in its original packaging and must be back in Impact Fitness Systems warehouse within 30 days after the original ship date for a full refund if an RA# has been assigned. Please call our customer service department at 1-800-719-7155 to get an RA#. We do not accept returns on special order commercial equipment, gloves, belts, supplements, or products that are re-engineered at the customer’s request or have a special color scheme. All sales on clearance and/or closeout items are final and cannot be returned. There will be a 30% restocking fee for products that are returned without an RA#.

We can assist with scheduling a pickup at your request. The customer is required to pay any and all delivery and return shipping charges. We will refund shipping charges only if the product was shipped out to you as result of our error. We recommendation using the following companies: UPS, Federal Express, DHL, or an LTL carrier for returning a shipment. It is recommended that you use a shipping carrier that requires a signature for proof of delivery. We can also assist with assigning a carrier with the best rate.

Impact Fitness Systems reserves the right to determine if the undamaged condition of the product can be credited back to the customer, or may reduce the credit if the product is returned in damaged condition, or if all contents of the product are not returned.
