We us 11 gauge mig-welded steel in our products.  We feel that our customer’s safety is most important to us.  If you use heavy weights in your exercise program, you need to feel comfortable and confident so we try to “over-build” our products for home use.

2. HOW CAN YOU HAVE A LIFETIME WARRANTY ON EVERY COMPONENT ON YOUR PRODUCTS IN HOME USE?
We are very confident in the quality of our manufacturing standards that we use for our health club products.  Actually, all of the materials and components we use for our commercial products are used for our home products, too.  We know that you will not put as much demand on our products that are in your house as they do in a public facility.

3. I NOTICED YOUR PRICES ARE VERY GOOD COMPARED TO OTHER “UPPER-END” PRODUCTS.  WHY IS THAT?
Thank you for noticing.  Our company’s organization is such that we have complete proprietary control with our offshore factories.  This allows us to build “better” products with less cost to the consumer.  With so many good products in our industry today we feel that in order for us to succeed we need to be very competitive by producing great quality products while saving the consumer money.
